I am the Founder and Director of Grace McLean Management Limited, a consultancy specialising in compliance and management solutions, I have successfully advised a variety of organisations in the public and private sectors on navigating complex regulatory environments and optimizing their operational frameworks.
I hold a degree with honours in Psychology, which informs my approach to understanding human behaviour, organizational dynamics, and the impact of policies on both patients and staff. My diploma in counselling has further equipped me to support individuals in managing mental health challenges, while my qualification as a mentor enables me to guide and develop others professionally.
